“I do not know the details. I do not know who filmed this material, I do not know these details. Nothing has been identified and I ask for destruction, because it is material reflecting personal life. I saw some pictures, I do not know the rest. These documents were exchanged by the prosecution, who recorded them in our computer. We are talking about photos and videos. There is an unidentified person in the files, no one has recognized me. I did not find out if I saw it or not, I immediately contacted the prosecutor’s office. It is not related to the case of Giorgi Shakarashvili in any way, I can say that based on its content, ”said the lawyer.

Asked whether the photos and videos of his personal life in Mtskheta could be taken in the area where the young people were at their birthday party, the lawyer said, “the files do not provide this information.”

“I do not have this information, the action took place in Mtskheta or somewhere else. These files do not provide this information. “When I saw these files, there was a two-way communication with the investigation and I demanded the destruction, which is legal and right in this situation,” the lawyer said.

In addition, Vasil Mamulashvili does not confirm the information that the video and photo material reflecting his personal life may have been found in the mobile phone of photographer Iakob Bregvadze. According to him, the expert has not yet made a conclusion on the information containing Bregvadze’s mobile phone.
